Located just a short walk from the Lake Michigan shoreline, Frankfort United Methodist Church is a warm and welcoming community where faith, tradition, and love for Christ come together.
Sunday Worship begins at 10:30 a.m., and we also offer Sunday School for elementary-aged children during the service. Our worship is traditional in style yet relaxed, offering a thoughtful and heartfelt time of Scripture, prayer, and music. The adult choir often provides special music, along with occasional solos or instrumental pieces.
Our services are Christ-centered and grounded in the teachings of the Bible, always open to all. Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month, and everyone is invited to participate—you may choose whether or not to receive the elements, and children may participate at their parents' discretion.
We strive to make worship accessible to all, with printed responses and guidance in the bulletin to help those new to the United Methodist tradition. The church is handicap accessible, and child care is available.
After worship, you're invited to stay for light breakfast snacks and fellowship, where you'll find friendly faces and meaningful conversation.
Come just as you are—we'd love to welcome you into the life of our church.

Tucked in the heart of the village, Elberta United Methodist Church is a small, faithful congregation where everyone is known and valued.
Sunday Worship begins at 9:00 a.m., offering a peaceful and reverent time to connect with God and each other. Like our sister church in Frankfort, our services reflect a traditional yet informal approach, centered on Scripture, prayer, and the love of Christ.
Elberta UMC is also handicap accessible, ensuring that everyone can join us comfortably and confidently.
Whether you're visiting for the first time or seeking a spiritual home, you are welcome at Elberta UMC. We look forward to meeting you and sharing this journey of faith together.
